McCain and Scornaienchi to receive the grocery industry's highest honour
In just over a week, the grocery industry will come together to celebrate the winners of this year’s Golden Pencil Award—the industry’s most prestigious honour.
This year’s recipients include Michael McCain of Maple Leaf Foods and Vince Scornaienchi of Fortinos. They will receive their awards Nov. 14 at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto.
At the ceremony, Canadian Grocer will also announce the recipients of this year's Generation Next Award winners, an award that recognizes the up-and-coming talent in the grocery industry.
