Miss Vickie’s recalls chips due to possible glass in bags

Miss Vickie’s is recalling a number of its potato chips over reports small pieces of glass were discovered in the bags, which the Canadian Food Inspection Agency says has resulted in one injury.

The recall covers a variety of flavours and bag sizes sold in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and also online. The full list can be found here.

The company is working with the CFIA  to ensure the products are removed from the marketplace and no longer distributed.
