Walmart and P&G partner on clean drinking water campaign

Walmart Canada is partnering with P&G on a fundraising initiative that will help provide clean drinking water to children and families around the world.
As part of the partnership, P&G will donate the equivalent of one litre of clean drinking water (USD $0.01) to the Children's Safe Drinking Water Fund for every purchase of a P&G product purchased at a Walmart store or on the retailer's website before June 19.
"We are proud to partner with Walmart Canada on this initiative," said Rob Chambers, sales VP, P&G, in a press release announcing the campaign. "The program enables Canadians to get involved and help contribute to this important cause simply by purchasing any P&G product at Walmart during the campaign period."
