Woman creates sponsor program for Canada's north
Individuals can send care packages once, or participate in ongoing program

Gwilliam's group has several chapters across Canada. Among the most-needed items are flour, cereal, toilet paper, shampoo, baby food, cheese, rice and winter clothes.
