Campbell Canada has dubbed this year "The Summer of Super Grains."
They've teamed up with Colorado-based food blogger Kelsey Brown of Happyolks.com to release seven recipes that focus on seasonal produce and a mix super grains. Each recipe also features one of Campbell's Ready to Use broths.
"My goal with these recipes was to show how easy it is to switch things up in the summer; just grab your favourite broth, simmer with what's in your garden or favourite local fresh ingredients," said Kelsey in a release.
Campbell Canada is celebrating the partnership with a Facebook contest, encouraging shoppers to recreate one of Kelsey's recipes and uploading it to their page. The winner will receive a $1,000 culinary shopping spree, limited edition Campbell's swag, and a year's supply of Campbell's broth.
"More and more Canadians are cooking with grains in the summer and turning to broth to help enhance flavour," explained Moya Brown, senior marketing director with Campbell Canada in a release.
