Advance powered by Loblaw adds to its executive team

Loblaw Companies’ retail media division, Advance powered by Loblaw, has strengthened its leadership team with the addition of three executives.

Joining the growing team is Swetha Subramanian as vice-president, data strategy and measurement science; Jeremy Vianna, as vice-president and general manager, audience and ad products; and Ryan Webber, vice-president, sales and client services.

Subramanian brings more than 14 years of experience in data engineering and data science, most recently serving as global lead for measurement solutions, marketing science at Meta.

Vianna, meanwhile, has spent the last 20 years building digital transformations for such brands as Nike, Twitter and Four Seasons and most recently led the integrated product team at Rogers Sports & Media.

And Webber, who has more than 20 years of experience leading sales and marketing teams across several industries, joins Advance powered by Loblaw from the Group M-owned agency Wavemaker Canada, where he served as CEO.
