Agropur appoints new VP for cheese and butter

Agropur has appointed Olivier Gardère as its new vice president for the cheese and butter category.

Gardère has worked with the dairy cooperative and global processor for about six years, most recently serving as vice president, major account sales. He previously held the role of go-to-market director.

In his new role, the executive will collaborate with colleagues to define the category’s vision and develop plans for long-term growth. Gardère will also work closely with the operations team to enhance the category’s agility, focusing on a customer-centric approach.

Agropur currently operates 30 plants across North America.
