Amazon grocery executive Tony Hoggett is stepping down from the company after three years.
In a LinkedIn post, the former senior vice president of worldwide grocery said, “It’s time for the next step in my career. My time at Amazon has been incredible, and I’m grateful to my colleagues for their support, guidance and friendship. I’m optimistic about the work Amazon is doing to improve the grocery shopping experience for customers, and have no doubt the teams will keep the momentum going in my absence. I’ll be cheering you all on.”

Fortune reported Monday (Oct. 28) that Hoggett is set to join food delivery startup Wonder as chief operating officer.
Prior to Amazon, Hoggett held a number of roles at British multinational retailer Tesco, including group chief strategy and innovation officer, CEO for Tesco Asia and COO for the U.K.
