Amy's Kitchen brand soup recalled over allergen concerns

Amy's Kitchen is recalling its Golden Lentil Dal Soup  because it may contain egg protein, which is not listed on the label.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the recall covers 398-mL tins sold in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec with UPC 0 42272 90593 5 and a June 2023 best before date.

CFIA is in the midst of a food safety investigation, but so far no illnesses have been linked to the consumption of this product.
