Canada Herb red chilies recalled
Company says the red chilies may be contaminated by salmonella
Canada Herb is recalling red chilies
sold in Ontario due to possible Salmonella contamination.
The recall, which was triggered by Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) test results, covers all packages sold up to and including January 20, 2019.
The CFIA continues to investigate and will notify the public of any updates. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.
