Check this out: No Name gets quirky on YouTube
No Name's Twitter account has been garnering positive attention since it went live earlier this summer. And now, the brand has popped up on another digital media platform: YouTube.
The Loblaw-owned private-label brand has published a series of spots that mirror the simplicity of its tweets. For instance, one 7-second spot for Smooth Peanut Butter says both the product and the ad were made without hydrogenated oils. A similar approach was taken to promote the brand's ketchup chips.
And, a 20-second "viral cat video" featuring a number of No Name brand products (and, of course, a Persian cat) is making good on its title. It has been viewed more than 1.2 million times since it was published to the video site Sept. 5.
