UNFI Canada appointed its first-ever director customer experience & sales operation. Claude Carvalho moved into the role Oct. 25 and reports to Joanne Hillion, vice-president sales.
Carvalho, who has been with the company for four years, is now responsible for leading UNFI’s customer care team, inside sales as well as the sales planning & operations team.
Carvalho’s Canadian CPG experience includes roles of increasing responsibility with Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé and PepsiCo.
