Commercial Bakeries names Shawn Warren CEO

Commercial Bakeries Corp. has appointed Shawn Warren as its new CEO.

Warren brings more than 30 years of packaged food products experience, spanning cookies, crackers, snacks and confectionary, to the role.

Having spent the majority of his career with Kraft Foods (subsequently Mondelez International), Warren has held many senior leadership roles including: president and chairman of Mondelez China and SVP, strategy and biscuits, for the Asia-Pacific region. 

Most recently, the executive returned to Canada to serve as the president and CEO of GreenSpace Brands, where he orchestrated the sale of Love Child Organics earlier this year.

Phil Fusco, Anthony Fusco Jr. and Joe Fusco will continue to remain involved with Commercial Bakeries over the next year to support the transition.
