Nature's Path acquires Love Child Organics

Nature's Path Organic Foods has acquired organic baby food and children’s snack brand Love Child Organics.

The transaction is scheduled to close on or about June 30.

Nature’s Path said the deal could bring opportunities to expand into the U.S. market and explore new product innovations for the Love Child Organics brand.

A dedicated project team, which will include members of Love Child Organics, will be established as part of the integration process.
