Conagra shuffles leadership team

Conagra Brands Canada has announced the appointments of Santiago Ardila to the role of director, Walmart and ecommerce and Michael Fazio to the role of director, club, dollar and emerging retail. 

Ardila brings 20 years of industry experience across Colombia and Canada, with more than five years at Conagra in various leadership roles. Most recently the team lead of retail sales, he played a role in leading perfect store execution capabilities in Canada. 

Fazio has been with Conagra Brands since 2017. He has previous experience at PepsiCo Foods Canada and Mars. 

Both Ardila and Fazio will report to Tim Lute, vice-president, customer & commercial leadership organization, Conagra Brands Canada.
