A consumer complaint has sparked a recall of Kim Châu brand spring rolls sold in British Columbia.

The recalled product (UPC 6 22384 00010 2) contains egg and may contain wheat that are not declared on the label.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is conducting a food safety investigation and is ensuring the impacted product is being removed from store shelves.

The agency will update the public through food recall warnings as more information becomes available.
