Costco reports 6.7% increase in Canadian sales for June

Costco Wholesale Corp.’s Canadian stores saw a 6.7% year-over-year increase in sales for the retail month of June. 

The club reported net earnings of $26.44 billion for the month, up 8% from $24.48 billion last year.

Net sales for the first 44 weeks were $227.46 billion, a YOY increase of 8% from $210.55 billion.

Comparable sales for the U.S. were up by 4.7% and Other International sales rose 10.9%. E-commerce saw an 11.5% increase.
