CPMA recognizes Canadawide Fruit Wholesalers, Amanda Knauff of Taylor Farms and more
The Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) recognized a number of produce businesses at its 2026 Convention and Trade Show in Toronto.
Here’s some of this year’s award winners:
- Canadawide Fruit Wholesalers Inc. – Fresh Health Award
- Amanda Knauff, Taylor Farms – Young Professional Award
- Paul Catania Jr., Catania Worldwide – Lifetime Achievement Award (previously announced)
- Daniel Terrault, Gen V – The Packer’s Produce Person of the Year Award
- DelFrescoPure – Best Island Booth Award
- Bayshore Family Farms – Best Inline Booth Award
- The Produce Counter – Best First-Time Exhibitor Booth Award
- Equifruit – People’s Choice Award

Attracting more than 4,600 attendees over three days, the trade show featured more than 700 exhibitors representing over 330 companies.
Exhibitors donated a combined 42,300 pounds of fresh produce to Toronto’s Daily Bread Food Bank.
“CPMA’s Annual Convention and Trade Show provides produce industry professionals with exceptional networking, education and business development opportunities,” said Ron Lemaire, CPMA president, in a press release. “The remarkable turnout and international participation at this year’s event is unprecedented, illustrating the competitiveness of the Canadian produce marketplace and the key role it plays in driving economy in Canada and beyond.”
Following the Annual Convention and Trade Show, CPMA hosted the second edition of its Women in Produce Summit.
The 2027 CPMA Convention and Trade Show will take place April 13 to 15 in Vancouver.
