Darrell Jones and Margaret Hudson earn lifetime achievement awards

 Darrell Jones of Save-On-Foods and Margaret Hudson of Burnbrae Farms are this year's recipients of the Canadian Grand Prix Lifetime Achievement Award. 

The award, presented by The Retail Council of Canada (RCC) as part of its STORE 2022 conference, recognizes senior executives who have demonstrated outstanding service and commitment to Canada’s grocery industry.

“RCC and FHCP are honoured to recognize both Margaret Hudson and Darrell Jones with the 2022 Grocery Industry Lifetime Achievement Award,” said Diane J. Brisebois, RCC president and CEO, in a press release. “It’s important to us to recognize that the industry is made up of both the consumer-packaged goods and the retail side. They both have played significant roles in the industry, showing exceptional and relentless passion to serve their customers, their employees, and the community at large.”

The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented during the 29th Annual Canadian Grand Prix New Products Awards Gala on June 1 in Toronto.
