Dr Pepper Snapple Group promotes Canada Dry Mott's GM
Canada Dry Mott's is pleased to announce that parent company Dr Pepper Snapple Group has appointed Andrew Bayfield to the role of senior vice-president, responsible for overseeing Canada Dry Mott's and Mott's Snapple International.
Bayfield will focus on the Caribbean and Latin America, while continuing to lead the Canadian business, to develop the brands and trademarks associated with this fully integrated business unit.
By combining the leadership of its Canadian and International businesses under Bayfield's new role, the company will look to leverage the strength of its brands and routes-to-market to achieve its business objectives.
Bayfield began his career with the organization in 1991, as a sales representative. He has also held roles in the areas of key account management and customer development.
He was promoted to vice-president of the Mott's Division of Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages in 2002.
In 2006, Bayfield became the general manager of Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, which later became Canada Dry Mott's and includes all the notable trademarks from carbonated soft drinks to healthy drinks and snacks.
Bayfield graduated from the University of Western Ontario, and is a board member of the Food & Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC).
