The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has recalled Eagle brand frozen corn due to possible salmonella contamination.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of the product.

The corn, a product of Gentro Foods Inc., was sold in Ontario and possibly other provinces. 

The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation and verifying that the industry is removing recalled products from the marketplace.
