Execs from Campbell’s, Mondelēz and Pattison Food Group join Grocery Foundation board
The Grocery Foundation has announced three additions to its board of directors.
Mackenzie Davison, president of Campbell’s Company of Canada, Naniss Gadel-Rab, president of Mondelēz Canada and Jamie Nelson, president of Pattison Food Group have joined the organization’s board.
Davison has over two decades of experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Prior to joining Campbell’s in 2022 as the vice president of marketing for Canada, she held progressive commercial roles at Kraft and Mondelēz International including growth lead for Mondelēz Canada and general manager, Canada Biscuit.
Gadel-Rab also has more than two decades of CPG experience globally and in Canada across supply chain, sales, strategy, marketing and e-commerce.
She was appointed as president of Mondelez Canada in March this year. Prior to that, she was the general manager of the Foods Business Unit for Unilever Canada.
With more than 40 years of grocery retail experience, Nelson holds overall accountability and leads the strategic direction of the Pattison Food Group, including its retail banners, warehousing and supply chain operations, health and pharmaceutical distribution and manufacturing facilities.
In 2023, Nelson was awarded the highest distinction in Canada’s grocery industry: the Golden Pencil Award.
They will join the group of industry leaders actively contributing to the foundation’s strategic direction and mission to raise funds benefiting hungry school-aged children.
