SIAL Canada, touted as North America's biggest food innovation trade show, rolled into Toronto's Enercare Centre this week.
With a theme of "Own the Change" the three-day event brought together exhibitors and attendees from more than 50 countries. On the show floor attendees had an opportunity to taste and learn more about an expansive range of items from cheese to specialty meats, plant-based innovations, beverages, olive oil and more.
