Gaspésien brand ham products recalled due to Listeria

Canadian Food Inspection Agency test results trigger a national recall

Les Cuisines Gaspésiennes de Matane Ltée. has issued a national recall of its Gaspésien brand ham products because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes.

This recall covers Handmade Le P'tit Picnic –Boneless Smoked Pork Shoulder with UPC 0 68553 10049 3, Handmade Old Fashioned Smoked Ham (no UPC) and
Le P'tit Classique Smoked Ham with UPC 0 68553 10042 4. Best before dates range between May 18 to May 24, 2018.

The recall was triggered by test results from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, which continues to investigate.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
