Giant Tiger expands store network in Ontario

Giant Tiger is growing its footprint in Ontario.

The discount retailer is planning to open a new location in Tillsonburg, Ont. next spring.

Located at 400 Simcoe Street at the Norfolk Mall, the store will offer grocery staples and household basics, fashion, home goods and more.

"We're excited to bring Giant Tiger to Tillsonburg for the first time as we continue to invest in our store network and grow in communities where we see an opportunity to help Canadians save more," said Gus Kokonas, executive vice-president, chief franchise operations officer, Giant Tiger Stores Ltd., in a release.
