Hasty Market announces two new The Market franchise locations

Hasty Market, with 130 Hasty stores across Ontario, is adding to its recently launched The Market “neighbourhood” store concept with two new franchise agreements.

On LinkedIn, Marietta Cini, senior director of store operations and franchise sales, posted “I'm thrilled to announce the signing of two franchise agreements for The Market concept. With these new additions, The Market brand will now have a total of three locations, with a plan to open five more stores in 2025.”

The first The Market location opened on April, 22 in Hamilton, Ontario at 165 James St. South. Touted by Hasty Market as “Where Convenience Meets Community”, the location has 5,000 sq-ft. of floor space and stocks not only traditional convenience store staples that customer have come to expect, but also groceries, prepared meals to-go, fresh coffee and smoothies and other much desired food and meal items.
