Healthy Planet expands footprint with four new stores

Health and wellness retail chain to open new locations in Toronto, Scarborough, Ajax and London

Healthy Planet is set to host grand opening celebrations for four new stores on May 12 and 13 in the Ontario cities of Toronto, Scarborough, Ajax and London.

The health and wellness retail chain will kick off the festivities with ribbon-cutting ceremonies. 

Healthy Planet is also offering up to 70% off and a holding contest where 12 customers have the chance to win a $100 coupon every month for one year. 

The retailer’s product offering includes supplements, vitamins, sports nutrition, health foods, organic groceries, bath, beauty, pet supplements, and eco-friendly home products.        

“We are ever expanding our store format with an added range of health and wellness products, including supplements, vitamins, sports nutrition, health foods, organic groceries, bath, beauty, pet supplements, eco-friendly home products and fresh prepared food," said Muhammad Mohamedy, general manager of Healthy Planet Canada, in a statement. "We are especially proud to announce the launch of our Healthy Planet Kitchen at the Ajax location, which will offer a chef-inspired menu comprising soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, pizzas, freshly squeezed organic juices, smoothies, breakfast items, baked goods, and snacks. All of our offerings are artfully prepared and assembled from scratch daily. Our aim is to make it simple for our customers to prioritize their health and wellness with a menu that is predominantly organic, delicious and exclusive to our kitchen.”

The Toronto store, located at 555 College St., Unit 1, will have its grand opening on May 12 starting at 10 a.m.; while the grand opening for the Scarborough location (8 Lebovic Ave., Unit B7) begins at 1 p.m. on May 12 and the Ajax location (140 Kingston Rd. E., Unit K5B) at 3 p.m.

On May 13 at 12 p.m., the London store (1230 Wellington Rd., Unit 108) will kick off its grand opening.
