High Liner Foods taps Darryl Bergman as its new CFO

Executive joins company from Clearwater Seafoods

Bergman steps into the role this summer.

High Liner Foods Inc. has appointed Darryl Bergman as its chief financial officer.

Bergman joins the company from Clearwater Seafoods, where he served as CFO.

He steps into the role on July 22. 

The executive previously held the title of CFO for Exchange Income Corporation. Before that, he held key senior finance roles at Northland Power Inc. 

Deepak Bhandari has served as High Liner’s interim CFO since January. Bhandari, VP of FP&A and strategy, adds SVP of strategy and corporate development to his responsibilities.
