This International Women's Day (IWD), we're turning the spotlight back on the inspiring winners of Canadian Grocer's 2025 Star Women in Grocery Awards.

Last year's winners—60 in all—represent all parts of the country and every facet of the industry, from operations to marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, technology and beyond. And each winner demonstrates expertise, innovation and leadership.

For IWD 2026 (March 8), the theme is "Give to Gain" to accelerate gender equality through giving time, support, knowledge and resources—aligning nicely with the Star Women in Grocery Awards program.

So, what better time to catch up on Q&As with some of our 2025 Star Women in Grocery winners? You can read a selection of them below or read them all here.
