Stevia extract is the key ingredient in the new line from Iögo
Stevia is hot as an alternative to sugar. The plant used for centuries by Paraguay’s Guarani natives, is now popping up in foods including the new Iögo 0% with stevia extract.
Ultima, the manufacturer of Iögo, said it's the first stevia sweetened yogurt in Canada.
The line is free of fat, gelatin, colours and artificial flavours. At only 50 calories per 100g container, Iögo 0% with stevia extract is available in raspberry, blueberry, vanilla and mango-passion fruit flavours.
Multi-packs of Iögo 0% with stevia extract will retail between $7.99 and $8.99.
