Keith Spencer joins good natured board of directors

Eco-friendly packaging producer good natured Products Inc. has appointed Keith Spencer to its board of directors.

Spencer formerly served as the co-leader of the start-up and emerging company services group at multinational law firm Fasken. 

His experience crosses technology, venture capital funding and high-growth commercialization, including outsourcing, e-commerce and intellectual property law.

Spencer has served on numerous emerging technology boards and represented B.C. technology companies and/or their investors through multiple rounds of funding and periods of commercial growth, and has acted for management and shareholders in technology M&A transactions.

As previously announced, Michael Thomson will retire from the company's board of directors on or about Dec. 31, 2022.
