Lactalis Canada appoints sales and marketing leadership for Cheese and Tablespreads
Lactalis Canada has made two leadership appointments to its Cheese and Tablespreads division.
Ola Machnowski (one of Canadian Grocer’s 2023 Star Women in Grocery) joins the company as vice president of marketing for the category as Vish Aggarwal is appointed vice president of sales.
Machnowski will lead the Cheese & Tablespreads marketing function, with accountability for dairy cheese, Kraft grated, tablespreads and deli.
She most recently served as vice president of demand generation at SharkNinja, where she led media, brand and trade marketing. Previously, Machnowski was head of marketing at The Hershey Company in Canada and held leadership roles at Unilever and GSK.
Aggarwal, meanwhile, will oversee the sales strategy for the Cheese and Tablespreads portfolio.
He joins Lactalis from Edgewell Personal Care, where he served as vice president of customer development. In that role, Aggarwal led brands like Schick, Skintimate, Banana Boat and Wet Ones. Hrepreviously held the role of vice-president of sales for Canada, along with several progressively senior commercial leadership positions, and brings additional experience from Colgate Palmolive and Energizer.
