Metro brings local spotlight to Royal Agricultural Winter Fair
The retailer is back at the Toronto event in-person for its centennial year
Metro is returning to Toronto’s Royal Agricultural Winter Fair for the first time since 2019 with its Spotlight on Local, which will celebrate local food that is grown, produced and manufactured in Ontario.
The partnership aligns with Metro’s Locally Sourced program, which provides local producers with business coaching, marketing support, free listing opportunities and prominent placement in its stores.
Through that program, over 800 local products from 150 local suppliers are currently available in-store across Ontario.
Now in its centennial year, The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair runs Nov. 4 to 13 at Exhibition Place.
