Over the weekend, Torontonians may have spotted a woman wearing a heart-shaped dress made solely from bathroom tissue.

After much discussion on social media, it was revealed at the Canadian Cancer Society’s Run for the Cure on Sunday (Oct. 6) that the woman was a model from last year’s Cashmere Collection runway show.

The stunt looked to capture the attention of Canadians ahead of the annual fashion show, put off by Kruger Products.

Wearing a garment made from Cashmere bathroom tissue, the model strutted the streets of Toronto from the Eaton Centre to Union Station and on the subway.

The event—taking place Oct. 30—serves to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer prevention and treatment through partnerships with the Canadian Cancer Society and Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.
