4/16/2021

Nestlé Canada is recalling some of its Drumstick ice cream cones over allergen concerns. The company says these products may contain milk, which was not declared on the label.

The recall covers Drumstick Caramel Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Cones (UPC 0 55000 38383 7) and Drumstick Vanilla Chocolate Swirl Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Cones (UPC 0 55000 38384 4) sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.

This recall was triggered by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) test results. The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which it says may lead to the recall of other products.

There has been one reported reaction associated with the consumption of these products.
