OPMA names Michelle Broom interim president

The OPMA (Ontario Produce Marketing Association) has named Michelle Broom its interim president.
Broom will helm the organization as it searches for a new president.
Stephen Reid was appointed president of OPMA in February 2022, replacing Broom, who held the title for three years before departing the organization.
“The OPMA board and staff are happy to welcome Michelle back after her year abroad. Her knowledge of the industry and the association will guide us through the rest of the year as we plan for 2024,” OPMA said in a statement.
