PHOTO GALLERY: On the trade show floor at SIAL 2025

SIAL made its return to Toronto this week for three jam-packed days focused on food and beverage innovation. 

Held April 29 to May 1 at the Enercare Centre, the event brought together exhibitors, buyers and industry leaders—as well as Ontario Premier Doug Ford.

Highlights from the show included the sixth edition of SIAL’s Startup Pitch Competition, focusing on innovation, sustainability and food security. Elsewhere, sessions covered topics like interprovincial trade, ready-to-eat, trade relations, trends and more.
