POLL: Is your business still committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)?

Weigh in on the future of DEI
Jillian Morgan, female, digital editor for Canadian Grocer

From Walmart to Amazon to Target, American corporations are abandoning the diversity policies they instituted five years ago.

Even as some retailers and brands—like Costco—reaffirm their commitment to inclusion, many are axing DEI initiatives amid U.S. President Donald Trump’s crusade against such policies, which he says are discriminatory.

The President has signed several executive orders targeting DEI programs in the federal workforce, and in federal contracting and spending. Trump is also directing all departments and agencies to “take strong action to end private sector DEI discrimination, including civil compliance investigations.”

As the future of DEI remains uncertain, share (anonymously) in the poll below how your business is approaching diversity policies in 2025 and beyond.
