On trend with the mini indulgences is Première Moisson with its 189 Harwood line of mini baked goods for grocery stores.
The gourmet label developed specifically for grocery and super store consumers, is now available in Ontario. The name ‘189 Harwood’ line pays homage to the address of the first bakery and group head office in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Québec.
Première Moisson has a reputation for its high-quality, healthy and fresh baked goods that have been sold only within its bakeries in Quebec for more than two decades. The 189 Harwood line now allows consumers to take the taste of the bakery home from the grocery store freezer and enjoy the same great flavour.
The line includes: mini croissants, chocolate croissants and raisin brioches.
Each product goes from the freezer to the oven with no need to defrost or wait for rising time before baking and us ready in 30 minutes.
The mini raisin brioches features an in-house recipe developed by the company's pastry chefs and the cream filling us flavoured with vanilla and amber rum.
The suggested retail price is $5.19 for a box of 8.
