At Pusateri's, customers can add a little vino to their gift baskets

Providing another convenient solution for the holiday season, Pusateri's customers will now be able to add a bottle of wine to their gourmet gift baskets.

The Toronto grocer known for its gourmet food selection is offering wine as part of their holiday gift basket delivery services.

Pusateri's secured the license by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission to deliver liquor from government stores operated by the Liquor Control Bureau of Ontario.

Baskets can be ordered online, over the phone or in store and sent directly to the receivers home. With a minimum of 24 hours notice, baskets can be shipped nationwide.

“As we continuously strive to be No. 1 in customer service,  we’re thrilled to announce this new wine delivery feature that will make holiday gift giving that much easier and more personal.” said John Mastroianni, general manager of Pusateri's. “After all what goes better with gourmet food than a great bottle of wine?”

Baskets retail anywhere from $60 to $600. The "Masterpiece" basket, retailing for $599.99 (not including wine) has a bevvy of gourmet products including Beyond Fair Trade Doi Chang Coffee, Cocoa Mira Almond Toffee Truffle, DeCarlo Olives, Godiva Chocolates, Il Borgo Del Balsamico, Le Comptoir Mathilde Chocolate Nibs with Maillet, and Marich Chocolate Praline Almonds.
