Rabba partners with Danone and other brands on food bank donation

Who: Rabba Fine Foods

What: The Greater Toronto Area grocer has teamed up with Danone, Kellanova, J.M. Smucker Co. and various produce partners to donate more than 2,500 lbs of food to Food Banks Mississauga. 

Items include plant-based beverages and yogurt, holiday treats, flour and fresh produce.

The donation is part of the Rabba Roots Community Giving Program.

“With food insecurity on the rise, we hope this donation is helpful and a sign of hope for families who are struggling,” said Rima Rabba, who leads the program, in a release. “We are grateful to our partners who share a commitment to the diverse communities we serve.”
