Real Canadian Superstore brings Canadian Appliance Source pilot to B.C.

Real Canadian Superstore (RCSS) is expanding its pilot with Canadian Appliance Source (CAS), bringing the store-in-store model to Richmond, B.C.

The pilot store, located at  4651 No.3 Road, offers more than a dozen brands including LG, KitchenAid, Samsung, Bosch and Frigidaire. 

With the partnership, consumers can earn or redeem PC Optimum points on major appliance purchases.

"Our store teams take pride in the services and products we provide that help customers save for real," said Jonathan Carroll, senior vice president, operations for RCSS, in a statement. "That's why we're pleased to work with CAS to give our customers more of what they want, with a company who shares our commitment to choice, value, and quality."

The British Colombia location is a part of a broader pilot program, initially launched in Ontario earlier this year, with plans to expand to a small number of additional RCSS locations across the country. 

The kiosks will be staffed by CAS appliance experts and offer the same service, terms and conditions as standalone CAS stores.
