Conversions and upgrade are part of the retailer's larger growth strategy

One conversion. Two refreshes. Following a series of renovations, Red Apple Stores is set to re-open three locations on April 10.

The general merchandise retailer will cut the ribbon on its locations in Goose Bay, NL (previously The Bargain Shop!); The Pas, MB and Armstrong, B.C.

"These projects highlight the collaboration and dedication of many teams across Red Apple," said Jim Hreljac, president of Red Apple Stores, in a press release.

"Our operations, merchandising, marketing, and store teams all played an important role in bringing these updated stores to life, and we look forward to welcoming customers to experience the refreshed Red Apple brand," he said.

Red Apple is in growth mode as part of its commitment to modernize its stores. The company recently converted two The Bargain! Shop locations in Saskatchewan to the Red Apple banner, opened two stores in Manitoba and refreshed a store in Alberta.
