Saputo COO Frank Guido steps down from company

Saputo Inc. chief operating officer Frank Guido is exiting the dairy company for “personal reasons.”

President and CEO Carl Colizza will assume the duties of COO in the interim, in addition to his current responsibilities. 

“The company would like to thank Mr. Guido for his commitment and dedication throughout his years of service and wishes him the best in his future endeavours,” Saputo said in a press release Monday (Dec. 23).

Guido, formerly president and COO of Saputo's U.S. dairy division, was appointed COO of the company in September.
