Saputo restructures senior team, taps Frank Guido as COO
Saputo Inc. is shuffling its senior leadership team following the appointment of Carl Colizza as president and CEO.
Frank Guido, formerly president and COO of the U.S. dairy division, has been tapped as COO of the company, reporting to Colizza.
Guido will oversee North America, Europe and international operations. All divisional presidents and COOs will report to Guido.
Leanne Cutts assumes the new position of chief commercial officer, responsible for driving commercial strategy, sales development in global markets and channels and overseeing marketing, brand management and market insights functions for all divisions.
She joined Saputo in 2021 as president and COO (international and Europe). Cutts will continue to report to Colizza.
Dominick Bombino has been appointed president and COO of the U.S. dairy division. He most recently served as SVP of sales for the division.
Steve Douglas, previously SVP of operations and supply chain for the U.S. dairy division, will serve as president and COO of the U.K. dairy division as Tom Atherton steps down from the role.
Atherton will remain with Saputo until the end of the calendar year to support Douglas in the transition.
