Save-On-Foods to open new store in Richmond, B.C.

Western Canadian grocer Save-On-Foods is opening the doors to its newest location this week in Richmond, B.C.’s Garden City shopping centre.

The 20,500 square foot store, located at 370-9100 Blundell Road, will feature a meat and seafood section; new bakery; Save-On-Foods Kitchen grab ‘n’ go meals; a wing and appies bar; and a variety of organic and natural products.

Grand opening celebrations kick off Thursday (March 23). 

“Save-On-Foods has been a part of the city of Richmond since 1970, and it is a privilege to open another store in this vibrant, diverse and growing community,” said Pattison Food Group president Darrell Jones in a statement. “Our team in Garden City is committed to providing outstanding service, great value and low prices, and we can’t wait to open our doors.”

 Save-On-Foods Garden City will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
