Seven new Orangestore locations open in Halifax and surrounding areas
A number of new Orangestore locations have opened in Nova Scotia.
The N.L.-based brand welcomed customers Thursday (April 3) to seven new stores in Halifax and the surrounding areas.
Orangestore said the openings build on the North Sun Energy convenience chain's debut in the Cape Breton community of Membertou last summer.
North Sun Energy is jointly owned by North Atlantic and Suncor's Petro-Canada.
“The extension of Orangestore’s presence into the Halifax region is something we're truly proud of,” said David Button, president of North Sun Energy, in a press release. “All seven stores are ideally situated at Petro-Canada sites in high-traffic areas of the Halifax Regional Municipality, Stewiacke, and Elmsdale, adjacent to thriving and growing communities that we are eager to become a part of.”
The store openings mark a significant milestone in North Sun Energy’s growth strategy, the company said.
“This expansion is a direct result of our efforts to optimize long-term value and growth by focusing on strategic development initiatives while enhancing the overall customer experience,” said Button. “Customers visiting Orangestore can expect exceptional service and fantastic offerings, including expanded food services through our Café Orange, and exclusive rewards and fuel savings from Petro-Canada’s national Petro-Points loyalty program."
The new Orangestores are located at the following Petro-Canada sites:
- Kearney Lake: 124 Kearney Lake Road
- Dartmouth: 105 Main Street
- Fall River: 2946 Hwy 2, Lake Thomas Drive
- Herring Cove: 231 Herring Cove Road
- Lower Sackville: 51 Sackville Drive
- Elmsdale: 291 Hwy 214
- Stewiake: 81 Main St West
