Silver Hills hires Gerry Moroso

Silver Hills has appointed Gerry Moroso to the role of national sales director for Canada. In this role, Moroso will oversee, plan, and direct all sales activities for the organization in Canada.

Most recently, Moroso worked as a director of key accounts with Global Appetite. He has also held position with Pinnacle Foods Canada (now Conagra Brands), Reckitt Benckiser and Cadbury.

"We're excited to have Gerry pair his deep knowledge of the Canadian market and the better-for-you space with his passion about selling our premium line-up of natural and organic brands. He's an excellent addition to our team," said Silver Hills chief customer officer Danny Houghton in a press release.

Silver Hills is a B.C.-based company that counts Silver Hills Bakery, One Degree Organic Foods and Little Northern Bakehouse among its brands.
