Toronto's Summerhill Market has a new executive chef

Ted Corrado will oversee daily production of more than 700 products from the Toronto grocer's commissary

Ted Corrado has been named executive chef at Summerhill Market. He will oversee the more than 700 items prepared daily at Summerhill's commissary in Toronto.

Corrado brings more than two decades of experience to the role, having worked for a number of popular Toronto restaurants including Rain, Luce, George and c5.

Corrado is probably best known for his culinary work with The Drake properties, including The Drake Devonshire in Prince Edward County.

Summerhill currently has three locations in Toronto, with plans to open a fourth in March.
