Tree of Life Canada is expanding its logistics footprint with a 331,016 square-foot lease in Mississauga.

The distributor currently occupies a portion—182,751 square feet—of the facility at 6185 McLaughlin Road.

Tree of Life said it sought additional space to support its “rapid growth in Canada.”

The expansion includes a significant allocation for temperature-controlled operations, featuring state-of-the-art freezer and cooler facilities. This would consolidate all operations under one roof.

“This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to the Canadian market and our confidence in its  continued growth,” said Christopher Parker, SVP of IT and operations at Tree of Life Canada, in a press release. “By investing in this state-of-the-art facility, we are enhancing our ability to provide exceptional service and support to our valued partners. Integrating all temperature zones within a single facility will streamline operations, enhance storage capacity, and optimize our distribution network.”
